A – Our Meet & Greet service means that if you provide your flight number when you’re booking your airport taxi, we’ll be able to track your flight and adjust your pick-up time automatically according to your actual arrival time. Once your flight has landed, your driver will wait for 45 minutes. This should give you plenty of time to pass through security, claim your baggage and head through to arrivals to meet your driver.
A – Our prices include private car with driver, petrol and toll road charges. If you book an airport pick-up, prices also include Meet & Greet as standard, which means we’ll track your flight and wait for 45 minutes from the time your flight arrives. If you book a return taxi to the airport – or any other non-airport pick-up – your driver will wait for 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. Please note that you may have to pay an additional cost for certain special requests or any amendments you want to make to your journey.
A – You pay for your airport taxi when you complete your booking online. This means that everything is confirmed and taken care of in advance so you don’t need to worry about any unpleasant surprises or having cash on you when you arrive. Currently, we accept Visa, American Express and Mastercard, as well as most major debit cards. We also accept payment via PayPal.
A – Yes. You can always cancel your booking for free up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time. Some of our partners allow a shorter window for free cancellation. Check your booking confirmation for more information.
A – Yes! We offer door to door trip, and round trip for most car transfer service in Vietnam. So choose round trip transfer in our car rental or send us request with round trip note.
A – Each traveler is allowed one large bag (29″ x 21″ x 11″ / 74 x 53 x 28 cm) and one small bag (22″ x 14″ x 9″ / 56 x 36 x 23 cm). Our sedans can only accommodate 2 large bags. We always advise you for the vehicle that is the best fit for you and your luggage, so make sure to select the actual amount of luggage you are traveling with during checkout. If you have oversized luggage, or are unsure if your luggage will fit please advise us then we can suggest you choose bigger car.
A – Your driver can pick you up at your hotel lobby, apartment, cruise ship dock, or any other pick-up point accessible by car. This applies to your drop-off location as well. No need to worry about buses, cabs, or other connections – Vietnam Private Car provides door-to-door service! If you happen to be in a pedestrian-only area, your driver will meet you at a designated pick-up location.
A – Yes. One day before starting pick up time, Operation office or driver will contact to you on the phone / email / message to reconfirm or remind trip going to make sure all things are on plan. Then you just wait the time coming and enjoy our car transfer service.
A – Yes! All Vietnam Private Car drivers speak English as well as their native language (and sometimes additional languages too!). They’re happy to discuss local history and culture with you, as well as answer some questions you may have. And because they speak the local language, they’re able to provide you with a unique opportunity to connect with natives. Some not good as a tour guide they may use google translate to connect with you as well so don’t expect to much for driver good as a tour guide.
A -You can make changes to your itinerary free of charge up to few hours before departure. If you need to make a last-minute change less than 48 hours before departure, we’ll do our best to accommodate it (additional fees may apply).
A – Gratuity is excluded from the total price and it is not a requirement. However, if you’re extremely satisfied with the service, you can reward your driver with an optional tip (10% is sufficient).
A – We strive to make your trip as comfortable as possible, and the air you breathe in the car is an important part of this. All drivers are required to keep their cars smoke-free, and generally as scent-neutral as possible. Which means no smoke, no dust, and no air fresheners. But if you ask our driver for open the mirror to smoke some case is accepted.
A – Yes, we’re happy to accommodate your animal companion! Please let us know in advance if you will be travelling with pets, including service and emotional support animals, so we can ensure there will be enough space for you, your pet, and your luggage in the vehicle. If you don’t inform us in advance, we can’t guarantee that your driver will be able to accommodate you or offer any refund.
